I Have Completed My Order, When Will It Be Shipped?
Orders are shipped within up to 3 business days after completion.

Uncontrollable Circumstances
Occasionally, events beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) can cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, some delays may occur due to carrier issues. For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times; delivery concerns are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
As a small business, we don’t yet have a dedicated packaging center but are working hard to expand. Our products are shipped to our packaging partner in Asia, who directly distributes your packages to UK. We appreciate our customers' patience and understanding.
Will I Receive a Tracking Number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number, please email us at info@silkly.co.uk, and we’ll assist you in tracking your order.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You must cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for the cancellation to apply. If the item has already been shipped, it may not be canceled and must be returned upon arrival. Please email us at info@silkly.co.uk
I Entered the Wrong Address, What Should I Do?
If you misspelled or entered the wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details. Notify us immediately at info@silkly.co.uk. We can correct the address within 24 hours.
My Product Arrived Damaged
We ship each item with double-boxing, extra padding, and foam. Despite these precautions, about 1 in 1,000 products may arrive damaged due to mishandling by postal services.
- If you notice damage upon delivery, refuse the package and file a complaint directly with the courier. The package will be returned to us, and we will ship a replacement.
- If you accept the package, we cannot assist you.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the damaged packaging/product.
Once received at our office, we will gladly send a replacement free of charge.
